Easyfind OÜ considers the protection of Users’ privacy important and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EL) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter GDPR) and the data protection legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Easyfind OÜ collects, the sources from which the data originate, the purposes and legal basis for processing them, how long the data are retained, to whom the data are disclosed, and what rights the User has.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.easyfind.ee and the services provided by Easyfind (hereinafter, Services). This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services to which the Easyfind website may link.

5. Purposes of personal data processing

protection of rights and resolution of disputes;

6. Legal basis for processing personal data

Personal data is processed on the following grounds set out in Article GDPR 6:

performance of a contract – to provide the Services to the User;
User consent – where processing is based on consent;
Easyfind OÜ's legitimate interest – development of the Services, security, fraud prevention and protection of rights;
compliance with a legal obligation – statutory obligations.

When relying on legitimate interest, Easyfind always assesses the balance between the User's rights and interests.

7. Public nature and mandatory provision

Providing certain personal data is necessary to provide the Services (e.g. creating an account and publishing an advertisement). If the User refuses to provide such data, it may not be possible to provide the Services.

The User understands and agrees that, when an advertisement or public profile is added, certain personal and contact details may be publicly visible to other Easyfind users and website visitors, depending on the functionality of the Service.

Easyfind OÜ does not make automated decisions concerning the User or carry out profiling within the meaning of Article GDPR 22.

Easyfind OÜ may disclose personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, operate the website, ensure security or fulfil statutory obligations.

accounting, auditing and legal consultancy service providers;

Intuit Mailchimp (email marketing and newsletters);
Wordfence and other security services for protecting the website;
Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID, ID-card or other electronic identification service providers, if the User uses the relevant authentication methods.

In addition, Easyfind OÜ may disclose personal data to government authorities, supervisory authorities or law enforcement agencies if required by law or necessary to protect the rights of Easyfind OÜ.

Easyfind OÜ does not sell or rent Users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Appropriate data processing agreements are concluded with all authorized processors that have access to personal data, or other safeguards arising from GDPR are implemented.

10. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Easyfind OÜ ensures that the data is protected in accordance with GDPR, including on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing or as required by law:

contractual data – until the claims become time-barred;
user account data – until the account is deleted;
logs and security data – for a limited period;

Easyfind uses necessary, functional and analytical cookies. Users can manage the use of cookies in their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of the Service.

Easyfind may use analytics, statistical and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel and other similar services in accordance with applicable legislation and the User’s consent.

Easyfind may use the Google AdSense advertising service to display advertisements on the website.
