About the company
A&A Wood is an Estonian furniture manufacturer focused on solid-wood furniture for saunas, homes, summer cottages, terraces, and gardens. The idea for furniture production grew out of the need to furnish a sauna and its anteroom with suitable furniture. According to the company’s website, A&A Wood has been operating its production facilities in Lääne-Virumaa since 2009.
Domestic wood is valued in the products, especially black alder, whose texture, reddish hue, and resistance to getting dirty also make it well suited to sauna interiors. The furniture is offered mainly in natural, unfinished wood, so buyers can leave it natural or finish it with oil, stain, paint, wax, or varnish. Some products are also available with hot-pressed patterns.
