1. NOA Chef’s Hall (Tallinn)
Atmosphere: Exclusive and immersive.
Recognition: Michelin star.
Located on the border of Tallinn and Viimsi, NOA Chef’s Hall (also known as NCH) is not just a restaurant, but a true gastronomic theatre. Guests sit around the open kitchen, watching as the team of chefs creates culinary masterpieces before their very eyes. Panoramic windows overlooking Tallinn Bay and the city lights add magic to the evening. The tasting menu is a journey through flavours that will impress even the most experienced gourmet.

2. 180° by Matthias Diether (Tallinn, Noblessneri kvartal)
Atmosphere: Modern elegance and sophistication.
Recognition: Two Michelin stars.
Another gem in the Noblessner harbour district. 180° offers guests a refined experience and impeccable attention to detail. Recognition: Consistently high ratings for its atmosphere and cuisine.
If you are looking for something more classic and cosy, La Bottega is the ideal choice. This small Italian restaurant, tucked away on a quiet street in Vanalinn, captivates at first sight. Candles on the tables, brick walls, an extensive wine list, and the aromas of authentic Italian cuisine create an incredibly warm and romantic atmosphere.
Ideal for: a classic romantic date with heartfelt conversations and delicious food.
What to know: Due to the limited space, it is advisable to reserve a table, especially on weekends.
Located right on Haabneeme beach, OKO offers an atmosphere that is a little more casual, but no less romantic. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a view of Tallinn Bay. The menu focuses on high-quality local ingredients and dishes cooked over an open fire. In summer, a large terrace is open, where you can dine while listening to the sound of the waves.
Ideal for: a romantic summer dinner at sunset, or a date in “chic beach” style.
