Electrolytic zinc plating of steel components on racks is available to order, with a bluish-white or yellow finish. The zinc coating is 5–25 microns thick, and the surface remains shiny after plating. This treatment is suitable for components requiring corrosion protection and a finished appearance. The dimensions of the zinc-plating bath are 1200 × 500 × 300 mm.
Black oxide treatment for steel is also offered. The thin oxide layer does not change the thickness of the component, resulting in a smooth, matte surface and a corrosion-resistant protective coating. The dimensions of the black-oxide bath are 1000 × 400 × 400 mm. Packaging and transportation can also be arranged for the order at the customer's request.
