Legalization of real estate (application and procedure for an occupancy permit) – we help legalize apartment renovations and alterations
We prepare the necessary documentation, commission the design and expert assessment, and draw up the required reports
We handle the submission and processing of the application for an occupancy permit until the permit is granted
Real estate appraisal – determining market value
Valuation for obtaining a bank loan (we use trusted partners whose valuation reports are accepted by all banks in Estonia)
Pre-purchase inspection / commissioning an expert assessment – before booking and completing the notarised transaction, we help arrange an inspection of the property to identify any potential hidden defects
Professional property photography – we offer professional photography (the service can also be ordered separately; the photos can subsequently be used as you wish)
Management and maintenance (including cleaning) – pre-sale and pre-rental cleaning for apartments and houses
Ongoing maintenance and management of rental properties — we free owners from day-to-day responsibilities
