Art therapy is a way to develop important life skills through the creative process, self-expression, and mindful interaction with oneself and others.
Art therapy helps to:
• develop emotional resilience and self-confidence;
• better understand your feelings and cope with stress;
• develop attention, creativity, and imagination;
• improve communication and self-expression skills.
📍 Format: hybrid — a small group at the learning centre and online, as well as individual online classes. The classes are suitable for teenagers and adults.

AlphaBeta õppekeskus is a private hobby school for children and young people, aiming to create a supportive, flexible learning environment that takes each learner's needs into account, from preschool age through to graduation from upper secondary school.
We help Russian-speaking children and young people transition smoothly and confidently to Estonian-language education by providing support in all school subjects – from preparation for grade 1 through to graduation from upper secondary school.
Instruction in school subjects is provided in Estonian and/or Russian, both in small study groups and individually, taking into account each student's level of knowledge and individual needs.
In addition to achieving good academic results, we place great emphasis on supporting children’s and young people’s creativity, musical abilities, communication skills, and well-rounded development.
