AGATARK OÜ
AGATARK offers a preconfigured smart-home control system and smart electrical panel for private homes, summer houses and apartment buildings. The solution allows users to control lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation, electric locks, security systems and selected electrical appliances using an app, buttons and sensors. With a single action, the home-leaving and arrival modes can lock or unlock the door, arm the security system, turn off the lights and adjust heating usage.
The system can be connected to door, window, motion, smoke and water-leak sensors, and it can send alerts to a smartphone. It is also possible to monitor the activation of circuit breakers and residual-current devices, manage room temperature and humidity, and automate lighting based on movement and low light. The apartment-building solution brings together user management for apartment and stairwell doors.
